redsupratt6spd
hi all, took my gearbox out to look at my clutch and discovered it has an Ogura Racing twin plated dampened . just trying to find out what Series it is so in the future I can get replacement parts. The only numbers I can see is JJ-108 which is inside of the gold plate cover, something on the outside which is in Japanese (as in pic) the car is in and around 900hp when was imported thanks jamie

Samurai 20V
Japanese reads G.Itou (2J) - could be the customer name. Judging from the colour it looks like the carbon series, use the catalogue below to try to match to your clutch. http://www.ogura-racing.com/index_en.html
redsupratt6spd
Thanks for your replies , yeah been on google and the Orc websites . Only part number I can see is JJ-108 but they don't seem to use this number when ordering parts they use a much longer one, think it's a code they use as a ref to the clutch and give you inreturn the longer part numbers . Couldn't seem to contact then in Japan for some reason.thanks jay
Guest al.
looks like a 709-D to me, can you post pictures of the clutch plates?

redsupratt6spd
my mechanic has refitted it the other day, forgot to take more detail pics at the time thought it was just the JJ-108 part number I needed. turned out the the rubber bung was missing from the flywheel housing so oil got in from my lower sump which had a small leak . so the outer plate got sticky with oil etc.. and cause the clutch to stick and not release properly. hopefully sorted now but wanted to find out info about the clutch so could buy a re-verb kit when needed. ill check out the 709-d. cheers jay
