Homer
My all time favourite car (Fastback 67/68 stang, not necessarily an Eleanor clone). That is a really nice example too, was the work done in the UK or was it shipped over like that?
RobD
The bloke bought it from the states and had it shipped over, done all the work himself including the kit, fully rebuilt engine to, absolute credit to him! Really nice guy as well, must've been there chatting for a good 2 hours! I think he'll be taking the Mustang to SupraPod so you'll all get to see it! Good thing also is that he drives it how it should be drove, which is a rare thing when it comes to classics like this!
Homer
Brave doing the work over here, must have had a very good shell to work with as some can be real rot boxes (not surprising considering they're nearly 45 years old!) I would be very interested in taking a look at it at Pod
RobD
He'll be the first to tell you it isn't 100% but it's in very good nick! He's still got 2 months until pod so no doubt it'll be even better by then! Looks like I may have to book tickets for pod now

RobD
I've been looking over the web since coming back for one, cheapest I found was 16k dollars for a basic shelby mustang which wasn't at it's best, I'm so tempted to get one for restoration, even if it took 5 years to complete
