Swampy442
I have Supersparks, cant really qualtify the performance claims but the come in at just over half price of Toyota originals. Bit of a no brainer really
Nic
Personally I think I'd opt for stock, they work and are proven to be reliable for many miles. Saying that I know nothing about the Superspark but if quality is similar and will last as long for half the price, then worth considering. Wez
Superspark, quite a few running them now without any issues and I believe they work out a little cheaper than stock
supra matt
Thanks guys well I'm off to the states tomorrow for a fue days and can get the stock coil packs for the same price as the super sparks . So would I be better with stock .
SupraDan24
Its up to yourself really fella, if i could get the stock ones for the same price, then personally i'd opt for Stock ones and play it safe. At least until people have been running the super sparks for a while longer yet so you can see the longevity of them.
Bailey.
Superspark are a good product, I used them in my skyline to cure a missfire at high boost and will be ordering a set for my supra very shortly,
dude
The metal part of the plug on the superspark is not as big as the stock coil pack so you have to try and pinch the metal conector in the coil pack plug to get it to fit nice and tight, I run stock and would replace with stock. The-Plethora
I run the superspark ones, I think I got the full set for £300ish, I phoned Toyota first who wanted £105 EACH for the stock ones!

The-Plethora
Only that someone had clearly had a go at taking the old ones out in the past and knackered one of the bolts other than that they fit right onto the frames of the old ones. dude
Which metal parts that dude? My gtr ones fitted great. The actual metal connector in the coil plug on the loom needs making a snugger fit as the pins on the superspark are smaller, this is not a problem if you want to change coil pack clips. Interesting as mine were pretty snug out of the box, in fact they were harder to plug in than my stock packs.
dude
I suppose that would depend how many time the old plugs have been on and off the coils over the years, the ones in PJ's aristo flopped around like waving a chip in Albert Hall !!!! We bought new wire ends for the plug loom and the fit was ok, of course your tight fit could be the body of the plug as it goes into coil pack, the metal lucar type connector may only be touching in a couple of places, nothing would show up prob till you crank the boost up.
