speedometer showing in km

Hey guys i'm looking for just the speedodial showing in km. To be precise the one that shows just to 180km, it may also show the miles but def needs the km on it. I guess there must be plenty of them in UK as you guys all change them to miles. It's for a N/A manual prefacelift.

Or if someone has the entire dashbordunit (the complete cluster) showing in km then please let me know.

Thx

Seba

A lot of the JSpec imports to the UK (mine included) still have the original km/h speedometer clock fitted by Toyota at the factory. What converts it to show mph instead is the speed converter spliced into the loom, and also the all-important "MPH" sticker to cover over the "KPH" label on the speedometer face. ;)

What do you have on yours now? What makes you think you don't have the original kph speedo? Is yours a UK spec supra?

I might have an original fitted to the supra too, i don't know. But it's one counting to 280 km/h or something like that + it's showing in miles too. But since supras are restricted to 180km/h in Japan i need a 180km speedo or they won't let me pass MOT.

I dont think anyones being lazy fella, its just most people keep the Stock guages. You will need to state whether your car is Auto or Manual if your going for a complete cluster. Also, if your car is Facelift or Pre-Facelift as the Speedo's are different. The facelift has the Odometer built in.

That sounds like it's got an speed converter fitted. Remove the converter and change the fascia (if one's been inserted). If no fascia has been inserted, then you may need a new speedo clock.

Actually i only need the fascia, one with just km counting to 180km to pass mot. And then change the facia back after mot as yes it has a converter fitted.

Still looking for a facia showing to 180km. Or if you guys have pasted something over the k so it show the m from miles i'd be happy too as long as i can make it show in km again.

If anyone has the complete cluster with 180 km for a N/A prefacelift manual i'd be happy to take that too.

Thx
