add heywood
I am relocating the battery to the boot, and want to know if you have taken the wire under the car how did you get it uo to the boot? I have had a look and can't seem to see any grommets/holes that lead under the car. I'm going to run 0 gauge wire, and trying to send it through the car under the plastic sill trim is going to be a nightmare. I have read on here people have tiesd them to the brake lines under the car. What direction did you take the wires from there? Kirk
Would it not be better to run the wire through the inside of the car instead? Thats the way id do it anyway.
Swampy442
Theres normally a couple of big grommits in the spare wheel well. Id certainly look at running it inside the car though.
Jellybean
They recommend running the cable inside the car , so minimise corrosion Just try and have a good insulation and keep it away from your speaker cables. You dont want any alternator wine
