bodilx6
Finally I got my SLD installed correctly (moved from the speedo to the ECU) and my Active Spoiler moves at the right speeds and so on. BUT not I cannot engage the cruise control over 70mph/112kph. I'm guessing this is a j-spec limit as their speed limit over there is 115 kph. So, as my SLD works (can pass the 110mph/180kph) limit, how do I go around removing the limiter for the cruise control?
jackso11
I think you just need to take the speed from after the mph converter. It gets limited if it gets its feed from before where the feed is still kph.
bodilx6
ah, I am not converting to mph. I'm in Denmark. I simply take the speed signal comming to the ECU and send it trough the SLD. Apparently the cruise speed limiter is ssomewhere else?
dr_jekyll
if it were me i would. fit a uk type mph speedo converter , then change the speedo itself to a 320kph dial victory
Scott
I think you need to change the cruise control ECU to a UK one. The UK one doesn't have a limit as far as I remember
bodilx6
That might be an idea. Where is the cruise ECU located?
