ob1dude
Hi all, I know some of you use these to secure your heat wrapping. I have found (what i think) is a cheap supplier. Just thought i would post the link up if anybody is looking for some. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/20CM-STAINLESS-STEEL-CABLE-TIES-EXHAUST-HEAT-WRAP-x10-/280696375953?pt=UK_DIY_Material_Electrical_Fittings_MJ&hash=item415aceca91 They also sell singles too! Chris Wilson
Good find, but bear in mind that they are quite short, the circumference of a 3 inch pipe is 11 inches, and even a 2 inch pipe has a near 7.5 inch circumference, and that's before any wrap. You might be able to string two ties together though.
ob1dude
Thanks for the heads up on that Chris, they would have been too short. I rang them and they also do 14" ones which will be on their site soon.
