Aem ems and a few questions

I am wanting some answers if anyone can help me. I have read various forums and some contradict others.

ok

I have the AEM V1 installed on my t67dbb Supra

We converted it from auto to manual v161

1. Do I lose ABS?

2. I know I lose traction control but is removing the bulb all i have to do as i now have my Triangle warning light on constantly

3. If i remove the trac control unit in the footwell do i lose ABS? do this cause any other problems

4. My engine check light no longer comes on, is this now on triggered outputs from my AEM EMS?

If you can't answer all these is the triangle warning caused by the loss of traction control by connecting the new AEM EMS? and if so how do i turn it out?

thanks

1. No

2. No, there's a pin you either connect to live or unplug from the ECU. 22b sounds vaguely familiar, but it was 7 or 8 years ago that I did it. I'm sure it will be listed on here somewhere if you do a search. (I think either Wez or myself put a post up about it)

3. No. Just bin it, it's doing nothing for you now.

4. Only if you configure to be as such.

Yes the triangle will be on because of the trac light. If you sort that out the light should go out.

I have removed 29a which did nothing as described in the thread, 22b is blanked off with a yellow plug, so doesnt exist. I have looked at removing the egr sensor input on the ems but that doesnt exist on my jdm spec. It is the cat light that is causing the mil on. does anyone know what pin the cat light goes to on the ec,m

cheers
