The car was in their paddock, all the drivers were in vip, security was watching the cars. It was next to their s15. Steve thought it had been moved in the arena when they came out but then realised it was gone. The car only has a 20l tank, and to start it they had to pop the bonnet and re connect the battery as it was disconnected, then prime the system and start it. They were doing a drift demo for the pvs show.

The latest reports of it in MK are in an area with a lot of high speed bumps by all accounts. There is a reward for the return of the vehicle.

Brilliant news, I honestly thought that it would be in bits in a container by now, hope they caught the little (bad word) who stole it. They are saying some bits have been scavenged of it hope they didn't get to much. Found in Reading in the end.

Judging by Team JapSpeed's Facebook page, just stickers were taken. They said they'd update us when they knew more though :)

from what I had read looks like there were changing the way it looked by removing bits so they could move it without drawing attention. If they were intending on stripping it they would have started at the front where the expensive stuff is.

First thing should have been to spray the wheels black. Even if it had no stickers then the bright orange wheels would have stood out.

Hopefully no mechanical damage has been done but hopefully the offenders get some damage done to them!
