j_jza80
Audi Quattro? http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/2881091.htm H. That times been and gone IMO, some have made serious money on these now. Some of the special mk1 MX5s (such as the RS) would be a good bet, if they're standard, rust free and garages. MK1 Golf GTis also seem to be on the up at the moment. I bought mine for £1500 2 years ago, I reckon it would be £2500 now.
st3ven1
Renault 5's apparently: http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/2934919.htm http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/3054941.htm http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/3202914.htm Shocked by some of these prices. They are special ones though. I think the normal FWD incarnations would be a good bet, if there's any good ones left now.
Chris Wilson
Renault 5 Turbo 1 and Turbo 2's are rising rapidly, (the homologation specials that are mid engined with a rear transaxle), I should have kept mine, but I hardly ever used it.... Chris Wilson
I had that car for 10 years + and sold it to the chap that bought it new. I restored it and then hardly ever used it as it was "too nice". Will never make that mistake again They are VERY different beasts to the FWD, front engined ones! neilp9876
Audi Quattro? http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/2881091.htm H. I know someone who has owned a quattro from new and it has 300 miles on it. A waste really. I think the last of the Jaguar xj cars will be worth a lot. Get an 09 x358 V8 and stick it in the garage for 10 years.

fullthrottle
As well as my supra in my collection i also own a 3 door sierra rs cosworth in white that has had some rs500 mods, i have owned it for 12 years and last drove it 3 years ago, i sometimes think about selling the cossie and the supra as i last drove that 8 months ago but i never will the joys of working overseas. I am now on the look out for the next car in my collection but i fancy something very different like a hillman imp with some forest archs on like the mk1 escort and a hayabusa turbo engine in the back should be fun if i go through with it.
