Thought I'd post a few of my photo's from Saturday, thought Mr Wilson in particular might appreciate some of them. I didn't get too arty with the photo's this time, but I'm getting the hang of panning.

Great pics, your panning skills are spot on matey, its tricky though isnt it :thumbs:

 

Yeah, you should see how many I deleted due to being too blurry. ;)

 

Wasn't too many this time actually, I was still playing around a lot with shutter speeds to get the desired background blur. I think most were around 1/80th.

Great pics! Did you already know all the cars (as they seemed pretty specific names, and I've never heard of most of them :p), or were you using a notepad?

 

Oh I only knew the more modern 60's stuff, the rest were from the car numbers in the program. ;)

 

Still not sure what the first pic in post two is though, seems to be the only photo I can find of it and no number visible. I'm pretty sure it's an Alvis from the guy's overalls though. Firebird maybe.

DVLA Vehicle Enquiry confirms that it's a 1935 3571cc Alvis.

 

And this says that it is indeed a Firebird
