Guest Logicaltuning
do NOT use Adrian Flux insurance from now on when i was added to my girlfriends policy they requested a copy of my driving liscence- Posted They didnt recieve it So i posted it again upon recieving a letter saying they will cancel the policy on the 4th of July if they had not recieved it by this time. my girlfriend has had a letter through the post this morning saying the policy is cancelled upon ringing adrian flux they said they had received the letter. On the 4th - but had proceded to cancel the policy anyway = for no reason. they will now not re-engage the policy and say there is nothnig they can do my girlfirend has now lost 8months of the years policy - and is expecting a call back from the manager after a representatvie for adrian flux said it was their mistake ! this shows an awful customer service devotion, and after finihsing my policy with them in march after a horendously expensive quote for a Rover Estate with 5 years NCB i find this appaling and another nail in the coffin for reasons i wouldnt use them again. so please pass this round loads of forums and tell adrian flux to shove it up their arse. ive also learnt that my mom, dad and brother have all cancelled renewals and policys due to over priced quotes - which they will not try and beat - and poor customer service
far
Same here, they lost two lots of documents I sent them and apparantly only received 3 pages of a 5 page fax (even though it confirmed my end 5 pages had been sent). Then they cancelled my policy, I have now requested a refund and supplied them with the relevent missing paperwork just in case they make any excuses. michael
Way to go, all that profanity through my works proxy is bound to add a few more black marks to this site in the rankings... I wonder how long it is before it's stopped completely and I can only access things from home? For the record I've been with Adrian Flux for 2 years and found no issues at all, they are the cheapest and most helpful company I've ever dealt with for insurance, maybe I've been lucky? Guest chiefvinso
Its just like anything in life, everyone has different experiences. Max Power rates Adrian Flux as the best insurer, maybe there service has dropped due to the number of young maxers and novas etc. BTW I used to think maxpower was a brill mag in my early days until I bought a jap car (mr2 turbo), while I'm waiting maybe I should see what I can do to my seicento sporting! The Hornet
Like any company, you get good and bad experiences. Personally I use Sky insurance for the Supra.
