Chrome Ring Set Fitted at last, Pics included

I have them on my blue dash but don't stand out as nice as yours mate

I've received my full set from Greg at the Tuning Shop, so I'll be fitting them later. The main speedo dial versions are already bent to suit the curvature of the dash. Great!

 

Will post pics once I've fitted them all.

Try the speedo ones on various positions by turning them, there is an optimum position where they fit exactly.

I've now put my new rings set on now. It took about 30 minutes, that included scraping off the glue from the old horrible plastic speedo ones, and driving to Halfrauds for some glue to stick 3 of them on (two heater rings and cigarette lighter)!

And here are the new ones fitted. Unfortunately, the light was fading, so unable to take a really sharp photo. I may try again later today.

 

 

 

I think they look great, and if I do get the dash repainted, I know I can get them out reasonably easily. None have popped out after a 140 mile round trip yesterday.

 

I've also suggested to Greg that he advertise the full set as an option with it's own price (auto, facelift, etc), as it's quite confusing and time consuming with the emails going this way and that.

 

I highly recommend them as a lovely update and improvement to the already great dash in the Supra.
