Reluctantly selling my late 93 mk4 Supra 3.0l Auto (2JZ-GE) in gleaming black on an L plate, L684NNK with only 89000 miles on the clock! Pride and joy for almost 2 great years, but need now to consolidate down to one car.

The car was imported from Japan on 1st April 2004 and I am the 3rd owner since then, and as a result the car has virtually no rust! Paintwork is in great condition (one or two very minor scratches) and is one of my favourite colours for the Supra. I have maintained the car to a high standard regardless of cost as this was my daily drive for a while so had to be dependable and comfortable. Has had a service before every MOT which it has passed every time and regular check-ups in between. The car drives really well and smooth with no stutters, smoke or leaks at all. I have spared no expense on the car and kept all details and receipts. Over the years previous owners have passed on various bits of documentation so there is an A4 folder full of info, including the original Supra manual in Japanese! The car has been converted from KM to Miles professionally by the 1st owner on import @ 93000km (57788 miles) - the odometer wasn’t reset so the 1st 93000 are KMs the rest is miles. The same owner also fitted a Meta alarm system with immobiliser, which comes with 2 fobs. The car has had the rear fog lights wired and built into the existing cluster – in fact the plastic JDM headlights have been replaced with UK glass ones as well. I’ve done 18000 miles in the 2 yrs I’ve owned the car (a lot of it motorway miles), and the car has been a consistent performer with no breakdowns whatsoever.

I bought the car on 1st July 2009 with 106000km on the clock and where it was almost standard, with the exception of a cracking set of 18” alloys, a touch screen double din DVD/TV player, and tinted windows. Since then over the years I have made a couple of tasteful modifications: Apexi Air filter, Eibach lowering springs, Koni adjustable dampers, and HID 8K dipped beam kit to name a few. I have spent in excess of £4k on the car on parts and maintenance, most of which was my preference, not because I had to. Anyone that hasn't driven the Auto please don't be put off by this i am very surprised at how good they are to drive, the car still shifts as much as the manual! It has overdrive and a MANU mode for more of a "manual" driving experience.

The car has had the following parts replaced due to wear and tear or upgraded in my ownership:

2x Rear 245/40/18 Falken 452s

2x Front 235/40/18 Nexon 3000s

3 out of 4 calipers replaced

New battery

New alternator

New driver side window regulator

New Fan / Aux belt

New droplinks all round

2x new rear upper arms

1x used rear lower arm

Full suspension Geometry

Apexi hard pipe+filter (Sounds great!)

New Boot rubbers

HID 8K dipped beam kit fitted (icy white)

Dashboard conversion to White LED

Had Installed red custom LED foot-well lights

Most recent service (May 2011)

New sparkplugs

New distributor cap

New rotor arm

New HT Leads

New brake pads

Chassis inspection – all good and rot free

Oil change

Fuel filter change.

The timing belt was changed by the last owner @101000km (64000 miles) with stamp under the bonnet and receipt of work done. Car currently reading 124248 = 89036 miles so a good few miles till the next belt change is due. Tyres have plenty miles left in them as well.

The inside of the car is very tidy with cloth seats up front and faux leather at the back. The floor carpets are all clean with genuine Supra mats, the original flare is still there in the foot well as well. The boot carpet is also clean covering all the original tools and space saver wheel in the polystyrene boxes underneath it, the parcel shelf roller cover is also present and working. The driver seat is fully electric and working, and all seats have no rips or tears. The dash looks good with no obvious scratches etc, and both glove box doors close tightly and the lower one locks. I have installed 2 boxed 6x9s and amp in the boot (I would like to keep these and not sell with the car). I read about upgrading the stock speakers, and was about to do this, but after investigating I discovered one of the previous owners had done this already – Alpine slim jobs up front and bigger Alpines in the rear. The A/C has been topped up as well and blows very cold when required.

Just stuck another 6 months tax on and is up at the end of this year, it has also just sailed through its MOT, no advisories - now comes with 12 months MOT. Genuinely gutted to be selling up but I knew this day would come sometime! I have been as honest as I can about the car and all the details in this advert and I think £2795 on the nose is a fair asking price for the car. It is completely standard other than the parts mentioned earlier. Viewings are of course welcome and I will happily take out serious buyers for a test drive. Can take more pictures on request.

Any queries please don't hesitate to ask, I've also advertised it on PistonHeads (http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/2875885.htm)
