Stephen G
Sure they are ARP ? what material I'm using a OS giken triple plate and it needs 1jz bolts and you have to take about 8mm off the length or they will be hitting the rear crank seal, as for what material I don't know. Stephen G
Test fitted the remade down pipe which i'm very pleased the way it turned out. The thick peace of metal under the rear turbo is a spacer as i wanted to rise the turbo 1" for a bit more clearance from the strut mount. The one in the picture is only a rough guide as i'm getting a proper one cut tomorrow.
Stephen G
wrapped the downpipes the other day and i bought this little tool for doing the SS cable ties. pulls the ties tight and then cuts them. downpipes done.
Stephen G
Dropped the front suspension and cradle out of the car. was going to polybush the arms but when i checked them after i had everything took apart they are like new. When i bought the car it had almost full toyota service history so i'm thinking that the arms most have been replaced some time. Some of the suspension in bits. The missing bits are away getting bead blasted and painted and these parts will get done aswell. My brother doing it at his work and cant take everything at the one time:sly:

Stephen G
Its been a long time since i have posted a update so this is how the supra is now Its still not finished as you can see but almost there. Only a few minor things left to do engine bay wise, turbo blankets, managment system, boost control etc. The front half of the car still needs painted wing bonnet and bumper which i might change to a jap and loose the headlight washers and get the centers of the new wheels painted a different colour.
