Thread where a guy claims he beat a 450bhp supra in his escort turbo, 11 pages of his fellow forum members basically telling him he never, be funny if it was a member of this forum. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- .WENT UP HAMS TODAY wasnt all that so i went back to toys r us and then after that on my way to a mates .. 2guys in a supra come next to me and the lights went red !! he asked me how long i had it and said it was mint etcetc.. so lights turn green and both of us just drive normal upto about 60mph and then he just went for it!!!!! so i dropped gear and went for it .. cought it up changed gear and just smoothly went past it. then i slowed down for roundabowt and let him come up next to me.. as soon as hes car roared i floored it and just pulled. cant believe the cars my rs turbo is destroying nowadays . beast!! sorry all supra owners ther over rated unless over like 600hp or whatever.. this was 450bhp Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It's all relative though. I know a hillman imp that can run an 11sec 1/4. Saying an RST can beat a BPU Supra means that the RST has virtually nothing left of the engine, interior and is running slicks. And even then, it will only be at a certain range/point.
