Pixelfill
Does anyone know of anywhere still selling legitimate versions of CS4 Web Standard. Adobe have abandoned this as a product point, and I'm only after Dreamweaver, Flash and Contribute, so don't want to pay over the odds for Web Premium, or to be ripped off buying the products individually. Also I don't qualify for Student Teacher pricing even though it's for home use only. Some outlets must still have old stock, but any recommendations of sellers greatly appreciated, as I have been caught out before buying pirate copies for retail price. NathWraith
CS4 is pretty much dead now mate. I work for Overclockers Uk and manage the software group and trying to get hold of CS4 is a nightmare. Can ask around if you still want a copy?
Pixelfill
yeah - I know it's dead, but I've only just realised that Adobe don't do the entrance level web suite (web standard) anymore, can't afford to stump up for the full web premium, and won't out of principle get ripped off buying the products individually. If you could ask around I'd appreciate it. Mike

kill1308
What I won't recommend is going to a Bittorrent site and downloading it illegally free of charge, that would just be wrong and illegal.
Branners
I may have CS4 standard knocking about at work that isnt being used, would that help?
Pixelfill
Maybe JB Although I'm looking for this as a cheap way onto the Adobe family product ladder, so ideally I'd be wanting to buy it, to allow me to upgrade at some point in the future. Mike it would have a full licence code with it, not a knock off so the upgrade should be okay. Let me see what I have at work.

Attero
I have CS4. But I don't remember how I got it. Is the CS5 upgrade worthit, does anyone know? I find that CS4 uses 100% of one of my core processors a lot of the time. It's very resource hungry.
ellis
Mike - I'm currently in Blackpool - am travelling to Cartmel in the morning for most of the day and back in Blackpool to pick my son up tomorrow afternoon. If you want a copy of CS5 Master Collection, PM me sharpish and I can meet you somewhere! Have a removable external drive to hand! Or text/phone me - will PM the number.
