Clarkey
Should be reading in Miles. Talk to http://www.thor-racing.co.uk/DSC-00100007.asp .. they sell a box of tricks that converts the klicks into miles. Though, if it was trader you bought the car from ... I'd go back to them. merckx
When the cars are imported the odometer reading will have to be reduced to read miles which is relatively easy with the digital display. The facelift supras have the conventional type of odometer in the speedo dial, ie wheels that rotate. Anyone know for certain how they turn back the reading to miles on these? I'm just wondering if it's always done and the mileage could be reading higher than it should.

Pretty sure for these odos they have to hook them up to a machine and basically wind them round until you pass zero then up to the correct figure again (which can take days!!). dangerous brain
I'm sure most firms don't actually bother. my first car came with a really cheap and nasty speedo convertor and the odo was left in kilometers. When I did the thor conversion I left it in KM as I didn't want to confuse the cars history by changing it. As long as you can prove the car is still KM odo when you sell it and you do the servicings when they should be done then the odo reading won't be a problem.
