spiderpigcity Posted May 31, 2011 Share Posted May 31, 2011 Make sure you cut the ns part off that mounts the handbrake in LHD, otherwise you will never line it up. Get ready to swear and use a jigsaw not and angle grinder to cut the trans tunnel, or you will melt all your wires like the mechanic did who fuc*ed mine up. Use gripfill and bolts to secure it in the tunnel. Also they have missed a part out to the conversion on the net. you need to make sure you short out the 2 biggest wires on the large plug going to the auto box after you have taken it out or the car wont start. hope this saves you the hassle I had, using a mechanic that knew it all.
