RobD
Been looking through all sorts recently on PH's, and to be honest I wasn't really wanting anything quick etc, I've got my focus which suprisingly is quite fun to drive ESP in the corners Today I've been looking at muscle cars, I quite liked a few new shape mustangs but had a quick glance at bike powered cars also, and my god I couldn't believe the price... http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/2859458.htm http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/2875414.htm And this one I love!! http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/2734253.htm "affectionately named the coffin" And for an all out mental one... http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/2496127.htm I've not really missed the Supra since it's gone but these got my attention, anyone got one? RobD
the busa powered one.... 800 bhp per tonne That's the thing that caught my eye, most weigh sub 500kg's so you don't need loads of power to be very quick, plus if you buy a Hayabusa engined one turbo kits are available and also the R1's you can buy supercharger kits if you ever fancy ripping the skin of your face
Gaz6002
It's harder to drive a bike-engined car on the road, but they're a lot of fun once you get them going
Scott
I would recommend getting a shot in one mate. They are great on track, all be it a bit of a handfull, but on the roads they leave a lot to be desired. My mate has one, it isn't hugely powerful (around 150hp) but it can really accelerate. JamieP
Stu had a ZX12 powered fomula 27 for a while, i used it a few times, quickish to a 100mph, not much after that, only thing i say is i felt very vulnerable in it, I feel safer on a motorbike tbh. I felt a bit like that too. Felt as if I hung out over the top of it if you know what I mean.
bobapple
I always wanted a bike powered Mini, ( was my first car though a 997cc ).
Wez
Great fun on track but unless properly setup can be a little fragile
RobD
I'll do a little research, my biggest worry is servicing it as I wouldn't know where to buy parts for it. It'd be a track toy, couldn't be driving it around town

grahamc
I like the look of these as well... Bike powered ones appeal because you can get paddle shift gears and then you can get clutchless WOT gear changes I have driven a race spec one around a track in south Africa and it's was awesome fun. Road is a different story.....
