The Raven
I thought a few here might be able to point me in the right direction with this. I have a 48 inch LCD tv, HDMI, Optical, ect. I use my PS3 as a blu ray player. Currently im using a sound bar, now i think its a good unit if the room was smaller. It trys to bounce the sound from the walls. However the room is large and it fails to do this. So i want to buy a proper 5.1 sound system, (wireless rear speakers if possible) All the ones i find come with a blu ray player, however i dont need one as the ps does just fine. Anyone got any ideas?
Scott
If you go onto richer sounds you will be able to see your options. Going down the non-bluray route means doing it "properly" as they say.... good old fashioned AV Reciever and speaker system.
gjp
http://www.richersounds.com/ You want an AV receiver and a set of 5.1 surround speakers. If you go for a Sony set up you can use their s-air kit for wireless rear speakers, which is very good.
