jonathanc
Planning to spend 1 night over in London city so looking for a family friendly hotel with parking space. Doesn't need to be in the city as we plan to take tube/train but preferbly close to the city and a train/tube station. Can anyone please recommend one? Currently looking at Holiday Inn Greenwich hotel...
Branners
You should also look at apartments. Marlin apartments are pretty good, the ones in Empire Square are just south of the river to near most things. Or track down a Premier Inn, theres one near Tower Bridge thats pretty good and one at the London Eye. Or if you like a random hotel try the Travelodges, lots around the Tower of London but you can never be quite sure what the hotel will be like. DaveR
The Premier Inn at Southbank (by the Eye, as mentioned) is very good. AND in the middle of everything, both figuratively and (practically) geographically. Recommended.

Branners
if you are heading out towards Heathrow then look around the Paddington area, easier to get out West from there.
