Ian C
Hummer... where I am at the moment, i'm surrounded by bloody Hummers, some versions are fecking huge - not the namby-pamby H2/H3's that are based on other GM trucks, the proper military versions, which run on Jet Fuel Out here they come with the optional extras - 50 cal chain gun, or 8 missile launchers mounted on the back, or the 3" amour plating... :needspic:

Bobbeh
The H2/3 dont use GM chassis, and I wouldnt call the H2 a namby pamby version, its still huge, in a more practical way

Supragal
Yes... mpg is the other issue. I know a farrier that has an f150 with a LPG conversion which he swears is the way.

Hmm interesting, I'll confirm this through my uncle who has done engineering design on the H2. Sounds feasilble tho, both the Tahoe and Yukon are huge

Supragal
Not worried, but it's a consideration. I'm not made of money so I don't just presume I can afford these things. Plus I have no control over what the petrol prices in the UK are doing so yes it is an issue
Gaz Walker
If you want to tow anything (upto 4 tons!) you need the Quadcab SRT-10 as the "regular" one can't officially tow. Gaz.
