wewsupra Posted May 26, 2011 Share Posted May 26, 2011 As title says i took the supra off the road last year as i did not have a job but got a new job january:) and thought i would buy a body kit first do luck bumper,v-side skirts ,trd arches Then i thought why not get a paint job,so now its fiat blue and few weeks ago i brought a trd carbon fiber bonnet from a member of supra.net also glossed my wheels black. Also amazes me the amount of people that don't know how to remove the rear light looms.... it's 1 plug in behind the boot panel. Depends how the fog lights have been wired up though, mine have been hard wired, would have to cut the wiring to remove the looms. Wouldn't bother me, but most bodyshops like to avoid the hassle. Wouldn't bother me, but most bodyshops like to avoid the hassle. Far more hassle to mask up the whole area than it is to cut 1 wire surely? My lights foglights are hardwired but I did it in such a fashion that I only have to cut 1 wire (the wire from LHS to RHS) should I wish to remove them. The +ive coming from the switch is on a butt connector. Regardless, 9 times out of 10 it's just that the folk don't know how to remove them.
