Swampy442
Yes the auto ecu will be fine, it just wont be controlling a gearbox thats all. As long as you get the loom from the tt6 of course, otherwise youre into a world of wiring hurt.
N4FY D
How come is the wiring that different i would of thought as long as you dont plug in the auto bits surely it would be fine?
Scott
The car won't rev correctly IIRC but it will work OK. Won't go over a certain amount in neutral.
Swampy442
N/a runs a distributor, tt has an ignitor unit and coil on plug. N/a has 2 o2 probes, tt has one, tt has loads of vsv's to control the sequential turbo system, n/a doesnt etc etc etc
N4FY D
The car won't rev correctly IIRC but it will work OK. Won't go over a certain amount in neutral. But if its in gear it would work ok? If i understand corectly is there any way i can use some of my n/a loom to sort that out?
Swampy442
Thats an easy one, just shorting a couple of terminals on one of the gear box plug. You need the engine loom to make it run
