Stormrage horde here. Racked up a rediculous amount of hours in played time.. was mainly pre-TBC as TBC sucked ass. I played a couple of months in wrath and cataclysm but levelled 3 characters and had a number of the best items on them. I tired pretty quick of the expansion packs including cataclysm. I havent played it for about a year now.

In my opinion, the original 'vanilla' was the best times, in MC and BWL.

Not WoW (kids game ) but i do play LOTRO...a LOT. completely addictive type of game, lost many days of my life to it

I used to play it, haven't touched it for over a year now though, however, I never did any of this raiding malarky, everyone doing that was too geeky and I didn't really know how to fight other players, so I just wandered around on my own and played the game, which not many people seem to do.

 

I had a level 80 DK and a level 65 Hunter and something else, not played it since you can now go to 85, do you have to buy cataclysm to allow that?

Yea you need Cata to go from 80-85 dude

Must agree vanilla was the good old days but I didnt really enjoy WOTLK expansion. Cata does not intrest me at all and it seems the same for alot of wowers because blizzard have listened and a big revamp is happening as we speak
