Rear diff

Seeing as i i removed everything at the back end i thought i would take a look inside my rear diff.

The diff makes the inside wheel of a tight slow turn skip which i thought i might have been welded to make it drift easier by the previous owner. It doesn't act like a LSD as when you turn one flange the other one turns in the same direction. Is this true of LSD's as i thought they went in opposites.

I took some pics and just wondered if any one can tell me if its stock or not.

The number reads: 94 11 8 3.2

I can't see the internal gears in any of the pics, so not sure if it's open or LSD.

The stock LSD is Torsen (torque sensing) so will act like an open diff if you rotate one wheel. If you're turning one wheel and the other goes in the same direction it'll either be a non-stock clutch plated diff or solid one
