Scutch0
Just had a warning light come up on panel just below the adometer showing a car simbol with lines coming out the back of it? Any ideas? Turned the ignition off and on and it hasn't re appeared? I've just had the back bumper resprayed so I'm assuming it had something to do with that? Robzki
Rear light bulb blown or disconnected? Your description sounds like that warning light, but not sure where it is in the supra. try all lights and see if it reappears. Its poss not on now as you haven't used that circuit, brakes, indicator, reverse etc
Si_s Supe
A car with 2 'wiggly' lines coming out the back of it?? Sounds like a traction control kind of light to me.

Maybe it's a 'Paint still drying on the bumper' warning light. Edited May 20, 2011 by David P (see edit history)

Suprab1
Check your number plate bulbs if the bumper was off for spraying.
Scutch0
Super. That makes sense, I had a quick look an one of the bulbs was loose! I'm actually amazed at how advanced the supra was for its age, a car that was released about 18 years ago and it has bulb failure warning lights? Not even all new cars have that yet! Just goes to show it was advanced for its time!
