_Shane_
As above lads im replacing my side window and want to know how to take out the side window, i was told i need to remove this panel first, i removed the seatbelt bolt and also a screw that was located at the right just by the boot glass any help appreciated. asking as i dont want to pull the panel thinking it will come off with a bit of force and end up breaking it etc cheers
Homer
Rear boot panels need to come out, then the rear seats, then the side panel that covers the speaker, then finally the panel that surrounds the window can come out. You don't need to unbolt the seatbelt apart from the one you've already undone
_Shane_
Thanks mate, had a feeling it wasnt as simple as what i was looking at
Homer
It's really not difficult, just a *lot* of screws to undo. A powered screwdriver would be a well advised Edit, thought it worth mentioning a couple more points 1) The speaker cover needs to come off as well, there's a couple of hidden screws behind there that need to be undone 2) The main plastic panel that contains the speaker wells clips into the surround you're aiming to remove, it needs a fair bit of force to unclip it along the top, just go one at a time and be careful

Homer
so out the seats in full or can i just drop the backs down and work from there do you know ? Both the upper and lower seats need to come out, I guess it may be possible to do it with the upper one still in place but they only take a few minutes to remove and will make it so much easier to remove the big side panels without damaging them.
