evinX
Whaaaaaaaaaaaa someone copied me a done a celica? time for a respray! hehe You need to sand and prime the bonnet, then mist the hammerite on in light coats. Id say 3-4 cans are needed, they are £10 each rrp, get em of ebay for like £5-6 each:)

NathWraith
b;3116420']+1 for the vinyl wrap idea. much better as will give a better finish, look just as good & be removable if wanted. Agreed. Vinyl wrap is the way to go, at least you remove it when you are bored with the colour. Hammerite, not so much.
safcdixon
ive done my bonnet and spoiler with cans and tbh the finish is cack, i have a compressor and spray gun but thought it would be easier doing it with a can, getting even coverage with a can is very hard on such a big area. id go with a professional spray job over the vinyl though. shaky
If he preps it 1st then half the job is done and will cost half the price for a pro to finish it off.
