Scott
Need to let us know your experience mate. I've never done a clutch change before so won't really be much help to you. The guys will need to know if you are looking for specific step by step instructions from beginning to end or whether you're just looking for the in's and out's of a TT6. If it's the latter then there won't be much of an issue. If you need a step by step guide from beginning to end and your only resource is this forum and it's members then it's probably best to get someone else to do it and watch them... for the first time anyway. N4FY D
Its just the basics as i have done clutches before but i understand the v160 is slightly different in the fact the clutch fits to the box rather than to the block Thanks
Guest ugp
One of the easiest I've changed the clutch on; exhaust off prop off unplug two connectors (speed + reverse) 8x 6mm & one 12mm bolt and pull gear lever out top slave cylinder off fork out undo 6x 6mm bolts holding pressure plate to flywheel - pull the pressure plate off the flywheel dowels undo bolts around the box - pull box off (drop the box off of the mount to get to the top two bolts) take old clutch off of shaft, put new one on and put it all back together in reverse order. Quick and crude guide but you get the idea. Ben
Scott
In that case it should be easy as pie. The box is heavy though so I would recommend a proper stand. http://turbosupras.com/pdfs/JZA80%20TSRM/CL.pdf

Its a pull clutch, thats the only difference. No faffing around with alignment tools & shiz.

fastcar
might be to late for this but dont forget to put match marks on the propshaft on the champion flange where the prop connects to the gearbox and the other end where the prop connects to the diff. if you dont you probably need to have the prop rebalanced
