Its only inconsiderate people that I focus on...

My OH is exactly the same. If someone is rude - ie doesn't say thank you, pushes into you in the supermarket or whatever he takes that as fair game to say something really loudly or do something back.

We were in Waitrose in Farnham a few weeks ago - which he hates anyway because it's full of Southerners and there was one particular isle which was completely packed with people. Everyone was waiting for one woman to move her trolley and they were just patiently waiting. Enter Mr Rude who decided to just barge his way through, knocking into OH. OH then turns and knocks back into him. Mr Rude says 'Do you mind'? OH says 'No, not at all'. At this point he made himself walk away for fear of retribution. Luckily I wasn't with him in that particular isle. Personally I find it embarrassing. I know he's right but I'd rather just keep myself to myself.

It does seem a lot more people are quite happy to get into a fight, be it in the supermarket, on the road, at work.

I think that's something to do with self preservation: We see in media all the time that people are getting beaten up by gangs of kids and some random thug for not having a fag on them or wearing the wrong shoes - so people naturally feel threatened more in life, and the way to warn people off is to be aggressive, like "don't attack me cos I'm 'ard, innit", result is people get moody much easier.

I'm a happy person, 95% of the time I've got a smile on my face and a joke for everyone. Inside, I'm a tortured soul, it's all a front.

Not really. I'm just one of life's happy people - but I am very happy with my life, which massively aids that outlook. Even when I was skint in my early 20's, I was happy, just not quite as much.

I'm pretty chilled. I get angry at the big things. Genocide, sustained animal abuse disguised as food production, the entire banking system, kids on mopeds. That stuff.

As fars petty things go I just ignore it. I don't have much. Don't really want more of anything. I don't feel that I'm 'entitled' to stuff just becuase I exist like a lot of the worthless pieces of sh*t that live on our planet. I Am happy to just float along.

Basically, as long as I can pay my bills, eat and go running I'm happy.

I get angry but then I keep remembering how much better off I am than other people.

I mean, some people don't even have food on there table, clean clothes to wear, and legs to walk.

Appriciate all the things you get for granted and trust me you will feel much better in life. :)
