Robzki
Hi I've been in a major rush to get tyres this morning, Just had to get the best deal I could on a full set without searching too much I've always had dunlop sp's on it, which were great for me for price/wear and grip. The only ones I can get at short notice is a bridgestone which they told me was a porsche fitment? In all fairness it is from a very trusted friend and was the only set they could get other than nexus/nexxan or runflats, which they said could have an adverse affect on the suspension. Price was good but just wondered about the porsche fit bit

Wez
235/45/17 255/40/17 They are stock MKIV sizes
Robzki
They are stock MKIV sizes If you had seen the look on my face when you asked the size, and the relief when you said that they were stock you would have giggled. I asked for the tyres from memory and they're already ordered. They said that they had a problem getting anything in that size which also had me worried. I'll ring and double check though Thanks both of you

stevie_b
What does "Porsche fitment" mean?
vertex
it just means it has Porsche approval. they've tested it themselves and given it the thumbs up. they may have slightly different tread or side wall stiffness, but they'd be very very minor if anything.
