Jellybean Posted May 9, 2011 Share Posted May 9, 2011 I want a Media Drive for my Network Spec I need is 1 TB min DNLA certified Mainly for use with the PS3 as my media station (USB 2.0 is all is required); movies and Music The file system needs to be Fat32 to work with the consoles so will have to go with that. Budget 70-80 pound I would like to have an ethernet connection so I can hook up to my home network and access anywhere in the house plus the Xbox can use it. Tricky-Ricky Posted May 9, 2011 Share Posted May 9, 2011 The Stora has had a software update the lets it run bit-torrent, although i haven't tried it yet, it also has configurable power on/off and has web access and LAN, it also has one USB port to expand storage if you need more. I can't comment on the premium side of it, as i have never bothered with it, does everything i want without that, but i guess at £14.95 a year its not exactly expensive. Never had a problem with my HDD getting wiped, but when i first got it, about 18 month's ago, i did have a couple of glitches with updates, and had to do a reboot, but not had any problems with recent updates.
