Speedo acting weird

Someone please help me with this.. :)

When I drive with just a little bit throttle/off boost, my speedo just works how it should.

But when I push the throttle a little bit further or punch it, the speedo goes from 60 km/h to 200 km/h +++ in just one second..

I had a False rev limiter at 5800 revs, did the error 42 fix with the odometre, did fix my problems temporarily. Speedo worked fine, and no more false rev limiter.

Couple of days later it came back.. Weird thing is, no error code.. But almost every time I get the false rev limiter and the same problems as before with the speedo.

Things I did:

Replaced the complete speedo cluster

odo metre fix

My car:

TT auto converted to manual 6 speed.

Thanks!
