Nic
I've used (and sold many sets of) Weds and Rays/Volk wheel nuts, they are not cheap but the quality is good. http://www.rays-msc.com/html/option_parts.html http://www.weds.co.jp/products/gt/nut.html http://www.weds.co.jp/images/products/gt/nut_pic_01.jpg http://www.weds.co.jp/images/products/gt/nut_pic_02.jpg Edited May 6, 2011 by Nic (see edit history)
Chris Wilson
Some of the road legal track type tyres are pretty light. Michelin Pilot Sport Cups are lightest, then some of the Dunlop track specials, then the Pirelli Trofeo, then the R888. None are very good in the wet though. Lude
i had some aftermarket blue nuts on mine, they were stupidly light & soft. cheap shit! messed up threads on my stud taking one off, and didnt seem to go on well at all, these were the open end type. ive just got sum new ones, 30quid delivered, blue steel ones. they are great. i would recomend these: TPI wheel nuts. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=170493013902&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT
Starbuck
I fancy some Blue Locking nuts...these Rays ones look pretty good and not a bad price. Anyone know of similar quality nuts at a better price? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/RAYS-LOCK-WHEEL-NUTS-1-5-TOYOTA-STARLET-SUPRA-BB-CELICA-/250686805256?pt=UK_Cars_Parts_Vehicles_Wheels_tyres_Trim_Nuts_ET&hash=item3a5e191508
JamieP
Does anyone know of any steel (or Titanium) nuts that have an open end so the stud could poke through? Have a look on the rare rims site, they have some small open ended steel nuts that are good, only £20 a set iirc.

Starbuck
Some titanium nuts here but they are costly! http://www.lancerregister.com/showthread.php?t=342511
Starbuck
If anyone is interested there are a few sets of Rays lightweight nuts on ebay at the moment for £69 for a set of 20 including four locking nuts and free postage. Few different colours. I think thats a good price? I can't post the link from work but essentially if your search for wheel locking nuts and sort by price you'll be able to find them. Guest Budz86
Just a quick question - I'm sure there are plenty of people out there with Rays locking wheel nuts. I notice they are made of dura-aluminium - how soft is this? I was looking for steel wheel nuts but have heard some say these are good quality - with a name like Rays I'd expect them to be but just interested in what people experiences with them are?
