Had mine on yesterday on the way home from Donington, mmmmmm very nice and cool I may end up regreting it Dunk, however the extra air flow directly hitting the radiator after going pass the FMIC would give me peace of mind. As a bonus it will reduce some weight, even though I probably won't be able to notice any difference

TTRickeh
I have a Gates 6PK1863 that I bought for removing the aircon. I don't think i'm going to use it anymore so you can have it for a tenner if you want.
Scooter
Lol yeah I like the look of electric fans BTW is the size definitly 6PK1865 as I noticed on one of your previous threads as 6PK1863. The 1865 1863 part is the belt length in mm's afaik and so both (if both lengths are availbale and its not just a typo) should do the job. Is your car a manual? as I think there is some issue with clearance on the manual tensioner.........

My Supra is an Auto so glad I wont have the issues with the tensioner clearance.

You also need to remove massive amounts of weight to notice any differance, a few kilo's of aircon parts really wont change anything other than when you fancy being nice and chilled on a hot steamy day you wont be !
