xs power intercooler fitting questions

I`ve spent most of today fitting an xs power intercooler and have a few questions that I would like answering. I can`t see how the active spoiler and first part of the engine under tray can fit back on, do I need to modify these parts or are they left off altogether? The stock radiator expansion tank doesn`t appear to fit now that the intercooler is in place, is this normal? If so, what do I need to do to resolve the problem? The power steering oil cooler no longer fits, do I need this or can I just bypass it? Does anyone have any photos of the fitting of this intercooler and It`s piping so that I can confirm that I have everything in the right place? I have tried the search button but nothing comes up regarding this intercooler

All of these are real common probs fitting a FMIC,

1. Undertray is most commonly left off and the active spoiler locked down

2. Top end aftermarket kits supply another overflow bottle, see if anyone wants to sell a Greddy one or buy another aftermarket one

3. I think some people bend it into position, I fitted another small cooler, I woulnd't just bypass it

I had all these problems too, very common. I couldn't even use the original electric fan and fitted an aftermarket one which was thinner. Dont bypass the power steering cooler, i carefully bent mine a little at a time so it was no longer in the way. Couldnt find an expansion tank so i ended up making a stainless one

I'm doing mine as well, had to relocate the expansion bottle, replace the pas cooler and put it inside the ns arch, remove the ac fan. move the horns etc, not got around to the undertray etc as I'm tring to figure out how to run the cooler pipework to keep the stock airbox.

send lee p(srd) a pm as he supplied my kit, which is excellent btw, he may supply the pas cooler and alloy expansion seperately.
