If you have tried everything suggested on here then I would really need to get a look at it to see what it is doing. I must admit that I wouldn't be happy with it not working, points to a fault.... I don't like them. One little thing to try just for your peace of mind... Close all explorer windows, google windows, anything connected to the internet etc (as best you can anyway, if you have AV etc you will probably see a connection) Wait 5 mins Open up a command prompt (type CMD into run or search) and then type in Netstat -n -p tcp IP addresses will come up. Pay attention to the ones that say "Established". There should either be none or VERY little. Take note of them and see if you can find out what they are. Also try typing in just netstat as that will show you the end address you are connecting to. That way you should be able to tell what it is. These are the sort of checks I would be doing, it's difficult to explain to you what you are looking for but you should know what you aren't looking for, making it easy to rule out the obvious stuff.
