No brake pressure.. Grrrr

Had a driverside rear caliper seize the other day and just replaced it today as well as rear pads and discs. Flushed the old brake fluid out and replaced it with new stuff. Now I have no brake pedal it goes all the way to the floor and then brakes kick in but no fluid leaks anywhere and no air in the lines.I have no idea what could be wrong, the master cylinder looks almost new. Any ideas?:(

I've put a litre of fluid through the system and can't see any more air coming out any of the lines. Is it possible for air to get trapped in the master cylinder? I've done brakes on tons of cars in the past but not on a supra before. Never had a problem like this it's doing my head in

one thing that you could try if you have got std brake hoses, is to clamp each brake hose in turn and see if the brake pedal improves. if it does it maybe just the pads need bedding in, doesn't take a lot of movement of the piston to make the brake pedal travel a lot. or get some to pump the brake pedal whilst you look at the brakes to see if there is any excess movement.

regards Chris
