in regards to the dizzy its fine upto around 650 bhp with the correct ecu because it is partly electronicly controlled. other options are the tt coils and there are a few after market options.

i dont know the exact cost of the whole project but the engine cost me £100. pistons £50 gaskets barings head bolts ect were around £200 (with good trade discount from a mate ;) ) then thers your choice of ecu and obviously mapping after

temptation just got the best of me and i took it on our private test track for my first run it in and wow.

 

it feels epic , pulls so hard and gets in the red so fast. im buzzing with the way the power comes on and how hard it pulls all the way to the limiter.

 

cant imagen what a 800bhp car must be like if this humble 480 feels this savage . was making slighly over 1 bar on the road with the extra load on it so it prob a bit closer to 500 ;) but just feels awsome .
