jevansio
I am trying to put my OEM tranny mount back on, I put the TRD mount on and didn't have any trouble, but the shifter cradle was out the way when I fitted it. Now I'm coming to put it back one of the bolts holding the tranny mount to the tranny is impossible to get a socket on, or even a spanner. Am I going to have to undo the bottom 2 cradle bolts, remove the shifter, then swing the cradle to get some room, or is there a cleverer solution? Also while under there I was spinning the prop backwards & forwards & I think maybe a some of the noise could be coming from the universal joint right where the prop exits the tranny. There isn't obviously a great deal of movement, but there is a definte noise when rotating the prop backwards & forwards. Is this normal? jevansio
I got the bolt by bending a spanner, job sorted. The mount is also defo not symetrical, I'd love to meet the dufus who designed that Also the OEM tranny mount has killed every bit of tranny noise entering the cabin
