Will a Ride Height Adjustment and wheel spacer affect geometry?

Good luck adjusting those, they look like they have been at the bottom of the sea for years :) If HKS adjusters are corroded they often split when you try to turn them. I am not sure why you are adjusting ride heights when the real issue is you have the wrong wheels and tyres on the car. The suspension should articulate from full droop to sitting on the bump stops with the springs off, without the wheels or tyres touching anything at all.

wrong size wheel in what way?

suspension hasnt lifted with all the weight off the rear, it must have just been the spacer i had on breifly causing it to rub, should the rear be so low in the arch compared to the front? or would it be better me lifting the back

The correct wheel and tyre combination won't cause contact even if you put an elephant in the boot.

I think the rubbing issue has gone since i removed the spacers, looking at the rear ride height compared to the front do you think it needs lifting to get the same as the front, looking at my suspension as well it says hks drag, are these not the hipermax II
