seba
Well i had an accident with my first supra about 1.5 years ago. since then i've had other supras and left the crashed one outside under a cover. Now the time has finally come, Tomorrow they are picking up my supra to fix it, but after 1.5 years of sitting there, winter, summer, what problems can i expect or what should i definitely do or not do? monsween
HateEvents car was not started in over a year after a bump. Started on the first turn of the key after a new battery. Your brakes are going to be seized and more than likely need a re-furb. Just ensure that everything is on inside the engine bay and give it a good check over before you start. You can crank it by hand first if you want to make sure everything moves
hackin_n_bashin
I'd turn it by hand to make sure everything was free, then take off the rotor arm and disconnect the fuel pump and give it a good crank to get some fresh oil around the block before it was started. And as monsween said, the brakes with probably need a going over. And check for rats!
