w41k3r
just seen this on supraforums might be a cheap alternative to the xs power one and should be by the look of it less clearance issues http://www.treadstoneperformance.com/product.phtml?p=1865
Chris Wilson
Why oh why do these people make such a small wastegate hole periphery? It's asking for a gasket blow out, they should have made the land area much wider, and three bolt. Hopefully the material spec will help negate any distortion. I would love to see one in the flesh. It sure is looking like it will be a lot more reliable than the Chinese tubular stuff. I wonder if there are any issues on a RHD car? Biguns
Looks good may be tempted to go na-t now
w41k3r
i think it works out around £250 maybe less so if it is decent it might be worth the chance it should help with clearence issues though and i know you cant tell on the pics but it also looks like it shouldnt have dizzy issues either
Wez
If I was doing an NA-T I would look at something like that and possibly weld/seal up the wastegate port and look at a small internally gated turbo
w41k3r
wez that is a very good idea that would deffo keep it very simple

j_jza80
It's designed for a vvti 2jz-ge, would it still work?
Nic
It's designed for a vvti 2jz-ge, would it still work? Doesn't look like it would fit a non-VVTi with a distributor.
Kirk
I dunno i think you might just get away with it tbh. It does sit quite low and central to the head. Be worth a try, either that or find yourself a VVTI GE

Kirk
True! Interesting to find out as the vvti ge's have a very different style of manifold compared to non. http://home.roadrunner.com/~bedellracing//v8swap/sportcross4.jpg
j_jza80
Be worth a try, either that or find yourself a VVTI GE At first I thought that was ridiculous, but actually a vvti NA-T conversion would have some pros. The wiring would probably be a PITA, but replacement engines would be cheap and plentiful, and it would most likely make for a very responsive setup with decent economy. Hmmm... I'd still rather a good tubular manifold though, someone pointed out not so long ago how crap log manifolds sound compared to tubular, quite a difference.
