I think the most profound thing to ponder is in regard to the vacuum chamber test facility in part one. If you were ever to go one step further and try to extract all the energy from a given location, not just the molecules, it would never succeed because it would create an increasingly strong negative force that would rip the chamber apart to fill the void thus created, no matter what it was made of.

 

When we talk of voltage for example, we are talking about electrical pressure. Pressure is just a name for a force created when certain conditions are met, which in the context of vacuums and creating absolutely perfect nothingness, you have infinite potential energy. Basically, like I said, for nothing to exist, it must be relative to something, which means that there's no nothing. 'Nothing' is impossible because it is a relative concept. It doesn't work. If it ever existed even for a nanosecond, the Universe would explode into being because there would be infinite potential and literally nothing to stop it!

 

Yet, the Universe only exists relative to nothing atall......

 

Somewhere there's an absolute reality containing both nothing and something as relativity is all clearly a mental construct. In other words, physical reality is by definition, an illusion created in the mind of God or 'The Absolute'.

If you think about it, spiritual healing is no less scientific than making electricity by passing a magnet across a wire. Our bodies are electrical systems.

 

I went to a Traditional Chinese Geezer and had two sessions of accupuncture. The first time wasn't atall painful. He inserted a needle in the centre of my back and a wave of heat and tingling energy radiated out in all directions and seemed to do something very real if not effective for backache.

 

The next week, it just felt like someone sticking a load of needles all over me and was very uncomfortable indeed. I never went back but maybe it was just a sign that something was indeed changing. The only question is for the better or worse?!!

All you need is an ignorant majority to prevent effective action.

It's all a matter of how you define God. The skeptics like I was have this wooly idea of a guy somewhere up in the clouds because religion has done such a poor job of explaining God scientifically and since we live in an age where science is the new God, the existence of a creator has been thrown into question. Blind faith is no longer enough. Never worked for me either. Still, I thought there must be something to it so I kept reading until I thought I understood it. Even now, the best guess I have is that there's a conscious part of all matter and beyond that some Godhead as it's often called which is ultimately searching for it's own raison d'etre or 'reason for being' as the French would say.

 

Now God is more acceptable to science because they've still got some fundamental questions, like, "where did the big bang come from?" etc.

 

I heard that Stephen Hawking's new M-Theory does away with the need for a God again, despite asking why God made the universe this way and not some other way throughout his book, A Brief History of Time.
