Lbm
Also for those that haven't, check out Jon Ronson's book "Them" He attempts to track down members of the Bilderberg group (or The Illuminati), featuring diverse members such as George Bush & Peter Mandelson, secret Owl meetings at midnight etc..it's a thoroughly enjoyable read. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Them-Adventures-Extremists-Jon-Ronson/dp/0330375466 He's similar in a Louis Theroux investigative journalist type way. He also wrote 'The Men Who Stare At Goats' which looks at Black Ops, psychic warfare stuff/MK-Ultra with the US Military/CIA back in the 60s. imi
Seriously? Why do you and most narrow minded people think we go to war for oil? We have a right to defend ourselves and protect those that cant against tyrants and terrorists Libya is a UN co ordinated strike against a tyrant and his forces not for oil Iraq was not for oil either And if wars are for oil What about n ireland, Afghanistan, bosnia, kosovo, vietnam, ww1, 2? I also believe Libya is to do with Oil, a couple of weeks ago one of the SAS guys (responsible for training the rebels) made that very clear on LBC. Strangely enough the rebels (which are a minority) also have alleged links with Al-Qaeda (according to UK intelligence) - so I am struggling to understand the logic in showering them with weapons and with training - after all, aren't they the enemy? If we are so passionate about Human rights then how come we dont go in and "sort out" Bahrain, Syria, Saudi, ISRAEL, Zimbabwe and pretty much most of Africa. NI is hardly a job well done. plenty of issues that still need to be resolved there; the only exception to all these engagements is Bosnia where I am glad Blaire decided to intervene on humanitarian grounds to stop the genocide. Iraq was all about oil, we have pretty much left the majority of the people in a worse off state then when they were under the control of a Tyrant. Afghanistan - Oil Pipeline Again I rather people come out straight and admit that its to protect our (UK) own interests (oil, etc) rather than silly smoke screens. imi

We havent touched the oil and they have full control and Iraq is a much better place now then when it was, it was on the terrorists mainly Pakistan of origin that didnt want us there so caused all the drama's Yeah there may have been secondary motives all political gain but it was not to get oil as we still dont have it do we? I think there is a lot of misunderstandings with the meaning of "getting oil" to be fair. I too believe that most modern involvement from the UK regarding the middle east has been driven by oil. Not to take control of it, but to make sure it remains controlled by people we have relations with. Allowing these "tyrants" to take over the country would mean that we would eventually be at their mercy regarding the oil trade. As already mentioned, it is only oil rich countries we seem to be "helping out", it isn't a coincidence. A lot of people out there fighting have been left disheartened with it all, plenty of mention of that over the years, they just didn't like what they were seeing. IMO of course. jazz1
Open your minds this world is being destroyed over greed, oil, money etc. Worse days to come people will only realize once things have got so bad their eyes will open . Helping people in Libya is a smoke screen to some extent, watch later how they will for the real reason drain out the oil, they using them as a base line to show the country they are helping them out, if that was the case there's no need to take the oil like they doing in Iraq with the stupid pipe line. jazz1
Oh and about the question to touching the oil you must be narrow minded, the pipe line explains it all as well as that clip I posted about the millions of oil stolen each day. Please don't read things on the Internet and take it as gospel I think you'll find that there are plenty of people out there who would benefit from our countries name being tarred. I keep hearing how Iraq is worse now than it was before, but have any of you been there? From people that I know (both army and private security contractors) it seems the country is far better, and the majority are far happier now. I suspect alot of bad press on the net is either by those that have heard down the grapevine, or those that would intentionally slurry the reputation of the west to their own ends. Mistermann
Keaton always said, "I don't believe in God, but I'm afraid of him." Well I believe in God, and the only thing that scares me is Keyser Soze - sorry wrong film.. http://tuquoque.blogspot.com/2006/05/dan-brown-and-illuminati.html On a serious note, I definately believe in the history of the Illuminati, I think Winston Churchill famously spoke out about them. Do I believe in them now? well i'm not sure but suffice to say that I am sure there is a whole lotta stuff going on when you scratch the surface that tbh i'm quite glad i dont know about and if we didnt have it, the consipricy theories would involve things like bran flakes
