Chris Wilson
Hatched in the night, in the incubator. We have had two eggs from one pair of emus who would normally lay at least twelve, and the other birds produced about 11 more between them. Due to the extreme weather in January being likely to freeze eggs left on the ground all had to be collected and incubated. We'll see if any more hatch, they are notoriously difficult to hatch in an incubator.
