Bailey.
I have found a load of parts I am intrested in on there site, has anyone had any experience with this company? The things I'm intrested in is a keys racing steering wheel and gear knob, but have also found trd rad cap, oil cap, trd strut brace and a cusco cage I'm tempted by too. I just don't want to make a order if there bloody useless?
Nic
I'm not sure if the gear knob will fit a 6spd, the gear knob needs to allow the reversing collar to be lifted.
Tyson
I was just about to give ridicule you because I thought you wanted to know if RHD cars were ok to take to Japan. I'll get my coat..

The only thing I would say is, not meaning to teach you to suck eggs, you need to add VAT, delivery and import taxes and charges. I was shocked as to how much this came to. If I remember correctly they use DHL or Fed Ex who both have weight related handling charges which can be very expensive. Having said that I did order an intercooler so the box was quite big. Bailey.
Yup same as the states with added taxes etc. I think I will just stick to the wheel and that's it for the minute. Maybe a ts black gear knob instead of the keys one.
Supra Gaz
I have bought several things from them lately, they have good parts and prices arnt too bad but customer service and delivery are deadly slow. I purchased my abflug headlight bezels, top secret gear knob and a few other parts, I havnt had to pay anything extra in regards to tax, just what it says when you checkout on the website. Have your parts actually arrived yet though? It'll be down to you to pay import duty etc when you get the bill from the delivery company, RHD Japan don't have anything to do with it. Nick
If parts are shipped to you directly from their premises in Japan then you should not be paying VAT or local JP Tax (5%).

Nick
Uk vat nick? Yes UK VAT. VAT is only payable if the items are within the UK when purchased. If it's a UK company but the goods are shipped direct from Japan then VAT isn't payable. You will of course be charged for import duty if they catch the eye of customs. Nick
I stand corrected. I was told by my accountant 4 years ago that it wasn't payable.
