Then there's him throwing it down in the gym on a punchbag, followed by some martial arts kicks, topped off with him flexing for the camera. It's so painful to watch, it makes me want to throw up in my mouth a little. I'm sure the guy must be slightly retarded. ha ha id love to have a spar with him lol.
